George St. Lawrence Co-Founder | CEO | Coach
A 1976 graduate of Suffern High School (NY) George St. Lawrence were he was all conference receiver in his senior year. A 1981 grad of Manhattan College (Bronx, NY) with a B.S. in Physical Education. A 1985 graduate of Iona College with a M.S. in Educational Administration. Coach Saint began his football coaching career in 1981 at Warwick High School. A varsity defensive coordinator for 12 seasons followed by 4 seasons as head coach the Wildcats 1981-1996. In 1992, he served as Defensive coordinator as the wildcats attained a 10-1 record and a New York State Intersectional Championship. In 1997 coach “Saint” entered the coaching ranks of semi-pro football, handling defensive coordinator and head coach roles, in two stints for the National ranked, Orange County Bulldogs. In 1998 the Bulldogs capped a 16-0 season culminating in a Garden State Football League Championship. In the 2004 Season the Bulldogs were Empire Football League divisional champs with a 12-2 record , Coach St Lawrence was named empire Football League” Coach Of The Year” in 2004. George St. Lawrence was a founding member of the New York State Football Coaches Association in 1992, he is the author of,” 5 ways to a Football Shutout, published in 1993, and “The History of Warwick Football” Published in 1996. His most recent book “The Guide for Student -Athletes in the College Recruiting Process“. Will be available in November 2008. George St. Lawrence served as an assistant coach for the victorious New York High School All-star team in the 2004 Governors Bowl Game vs. New Jersey, 23-6. A member of the Warwick Football Hall Of Fame, he has served as Athletic Director at Warwick H.S. (1984-1989) Valley Central H.S. (1998-2006) and State football powerhouse, Monroe Woodbury H. S (2007-present) His mission to guide and motivate young football players, remains his passion, as evidenced in his continuing efforts now, with the formation of the CDFL.

Peter St. Lawrence Co-Founder | President | Coach Peter St Lawrence is third generation football coach in a family tradition stated by his grandfather, Joseph T. St Lawrence who captained the Cortland Red Dragons (1932) under the legendary hall of fame coach, Glenn “Chugger” Davis. 56 years later Peter St.Lawrence Captains nationally ranked St Olaf Oles in (2006). A Graduate of St. Olaf College in 2007 with a BS in Exercise Physiology. In 2008, Peter entered the college coaching ranks as an assistant coach handling the receivers at his alma mater. During his playing days he was a three year defensive starter for St. Olaf. The Oles amassed a 24-6 record during his career. From his strong safety position, he was the teams leading tackler over that span. Peter earned all – MIAC league honors in his senior season. A recent inductee to the Goshen High School Football hall of Fame. Peter remains a young man of vision in pursuit of opportunities for the CDFL players of the future. |

Erich Timmerman Vice President | National Marketing Director | Coach The CDFL is on the rise under the guidance of Erich Timmerman. Erich received a BS in Sport Management from Springfield College where he lettered and excelled in football.
Prior to joining the CDFL Erich Timmerman worked for the Marketing Department of the New York Jets and ProStar Sports Agency. While with the Jets, he assisted with game day operations during the Jets’ 2006 training camp at Hofstra University. Timmerman helped generate over $20,000 in merchandise sales during the Jets’ 2006 training camp during his stint at ProStar Sports Agency in Philadelphia, Erich was responsible for updating the agency’s coaching database, and compiling presentations for negotiations with prospective athletes and coaches. During this time at ProStar, Timmerman worked directly under the renowned Senior VP and Director of Marketing, Warren Schmitt.
Erich is a graduate of Goshen High School (2002) where he lettered in Football, Baseball, and Wrestling. During his record breaking senior season he was an all-league selection at wide receiver and defensive back, and led the area in receiving yards and receptions. Timmerman lead Goshen in interceptions during both his junior and senior seasons. His football success continued to grow during his collegiate days. During his career at Springfield College (Mass), Timmerman amassed a 22.8 yards per catch average, which makes him second all-time in Springfield College history .In his senior campaign. Timmerman led the Pride in receiving yards, catches, and yards per catch, receiving touchdowns, kickoff return touchdowns, and kickoff return average.

Greg Sirico National Director of Player Development | CoachThe CDFL leadership team is well equipped with the addition of Greg Sirico. “Coach “Sirico brings a long linage of football accomplishments to the vital role of player development for the CDFL. A graduate of Warwick High School (1985), he quarterback the wildcats to a league championship .He attended and graduated from Cortland State (NY) with a dual degree in Mathematics and Physical Education. While at Cortland he was a 4 time letter winner at wide receiver He established numerous game, season, school and career receiving records earning him a unrestricted free agent tryout with the Cleveland Browns in(1990) He was an all ECAC all -star selection and captain during his senior year at Cortland. His return to Warwick High School as head coach (1996) was the beginning of a successful run of 9 years in which he amassed a record of 61-19, sectional class A championships ,5 sectional title games appearances, 6 divisional titles the and 3 kick-off classic victories in the Carrier Dome. Greg serves the New York State football fraternity with his dedicated efforts to support football and players throughout the state. A clinic speaker and organizer, Greg has served as President of the New York State Football Coaches Association. In 2004, coach Sirocco assumed head coach responsibilities for the New York state all-star team in the annual Governors Bowl game vs. New Jersey. Under his leadership New York Defeated New Jersey 23-6. Over the years He has been the recipient of numerous awards for his leadership and coaching abilities. Presently Greg is the Director of Athletics at Warwick High School. |

Sheila St. Lawrence Chief Financial Officer Sheila comes to the CDFL with broad business experiences and a strong financial background. Her expertise reaches back to 1982 with her employment in the banking industry at Middletown Savings Bank. This financial experience, combined with store and regional management responsibilities for the Tandy Corporation, honed her leadership skills in the business world. Her financial leadership over the years has been honored with awards. Presently, she is a self made business woman who is respected in her community; she serves as President to both, The Goshen Art League and, Goshen Restoration Unlimited. Lynn St. Lawrence Director of Data and LogisticsA 2005 graduate of Goshen High School, Lynn attended University of South Florida as a nationally ranked scholarship track athlete in 2006. She transferred to Ramapo College in 2007 to accommodate her under graduate major; History. In her first season at Ramapo she was selected all conference in the Pole Vault. With her combined passion for sports, football and history she will serve the CDFL well in her duties to manage all facets of statistical information for the CDFL. |

Dan Morse CDFL Coordinator of OfficialsDan is a proud graduate of Minisink Valley High School in 1996, where he lettered in Varsity Football as a senior. Dan attended Orange County Community College where he earned an AAS in Business Management. He then continued on his education at Cazenovia College where he studied under the President of the Greater Syracuse Sports Hall of Fame, William Motto. Dan earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management in 2001. For the last 4 years, Dan has worked daily coordinating officials as well as other interscholastic league duties. Dan looks forward to bringing his experience and professionalism to the CDFL. |
