The CDFL Announces 4 Head Coaches for the Upcoming 2009 Season

The Collegiate Development Football League is proud to announce the 2009 season head coaches

Gus Ornstein,  A member of the CDFL advisory Board and also a Head coach,  Gus will directly assist players in both roles.  He has the unique insights and experiences of being a former NFL quarterback and a current high school football coach in New York City.  He combines all of his his abilities in the role of ESPN football analyst to remain on the cutting edge of the football industry.  He maintains all these endeavors with a burning passion to help kids.  Gus will have an active roll in player development with the CDFL.. Jeremy Beamon A graduated from Middletown High School (NY) where he played Quarterback and Free Safety and also participated in Basketball and Track. Coach Beamon went on to earn a BA in Economics from Lafayette College where was a four-year letter winner in football at cornerback. He was a three-time All-Patriot league selection. After graduation Jeremy went on to play three years for the Albany Conquest in the Arena 2 Football League. He was the Head Football Coach for the past three seasons at  Burke Catholic High School (NY).  Coach Beamon sums it up. “I am very excited about being part of the CDFL,  I am looking to help out and share some of my experiences with these players”.   Welcome aboard coach! Jim Wright, Varsity head coach at Pine Bush High School, Jim is the force behind the success, andthe return to glory days, for the rich football tradition  in Pine Bush l. He is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University, c;ass of 1992 with a BS in Physical Education. Jim is a well rounded multi-talented football coach. He gained great experience, and was instrumental in the success of the Orange County Bulldogs semi-pro football team during his 2 seasons prior to accepting the coaching chores at Pine Bush.  He can coach all positions on both sides of the ball,   but will focus on  Offensive player development with the CDFL.  Head coach of the ROCKLAND RATTLERS

Tim Bult is a proud product of Liberty High School class of 1988 where he was an all – county football selection. He attend Cortland State (NY) as a Physical Education major and played football for the Red Dragons as a linebacker, (1993-1994) Tim returned to Liberty following his graduation and served as football coach and athletic Director from 1996-2006. During this time liberty was two -time sectional class C champions. His playing days continued with a stellar semi-pro career as captain and leading tackler for the nationally ranked Orange County Bulldogs.  He was the Empire Football league MVP -Defense in 2005, and a 4-time first team league all-star at linebacker.  Tim is currently the Athletic Director for Fallsburg High School (NY) He bring energy , experience and leadership to the CDFL.   Head coach of the WESTCHESTER NIGHTHAWKS
