The CDFL to Announce Certified Recruiters

The CDFL has assembled  an  outstanding group of experienced football coaches to assist in the nation wide recruiting of 18-24 year-old football players. The CDFL website will begin to post league certified recruiters and thier territories on November 22, 2009   Upon final screening,  all recruiters  will be under the direction of Greg Sirico, National Director of Player Development for the CDFL, and will assist players in understanding the league expectations , guidelines, and registration requirements. The following is the CDFL recruiter agreement which reflects the league commitment to provide a quality football experience for its players.

Recruiter Agreement

Dear prospective CDFL recruiter,

Please review the following rules relating to recruiters of the Collegiate Development Football League. All CDFL recruiters must return a signed copy of this document acknowledging acceptance to league rules prior to being assigned to a recruiting territory for the CDFL.

CDFL General Recruiting Rules and Procedures

1) Completely understand, and believe in, the mission and philosophy of this “Second Chance League” for players.

2) Always be fair, honest, and straight forward about the CDFL plan and mission- no lies, no false promises to players.

3) Read and review all website registration material and league format material.

4) Submit a list of player contacts weekly, via email, to the CDFL (Due Thursdays).

5) No monetary inducements to recruits, and accept no registration payments.

6 Treat all potential recruits with class, dignity, and respect at all times.

7) Adhere strictly to league age requirements (18-24 years of age only).

8) conduct a phone interview with George St. Lawrence, CEO of the CDFL, prior to territorial assignment.

I have read and agree to the terms outlined in lines 1-8, and understand that my recruiting rights may be revoked at any time by the CDFL.
